YASAP: Twenties & Thirties

OUR PARISH has an active group of young professional men and women in their 20s and 30s who meet regularly for dinner, drinks, and discussion. The group’s purpose is to build community among the growing number of people in their 20s and 30s in our parish, explore our common faith, serve alongside each other, and to have fun together. The group seeks to give young adult newcomers a “point of contact” with the parish.

ON THE FIRST DAY OF EVERY MONTH the YASAP 20s & 30s group meets for happy hour somewhere in DC. A Facebook group devoted just to our 20s & 30s group serves as a central space on the web for announcements, community emails, the group's calendar, and the location for the next happy hour.

If you’d like to be part of YASAP – or if you're just curious about it – please contact Jessie Spressart.

YASAP Facebook Group

YASAP fosters community through its Facebook group, which serves as a central space on the Web for announcements, community emails, the group's calendar, and the location for happy hour.  Membership is open and folks new to ASA are encouraged to join.

If you are interested in being part of the Facebook group – or if you're just curious about it – just e-mail Jessie Spressart for more information or to receive an invitation and get in the loop.

Tiny cross

In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion. For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.

O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.

Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.

—Excerpts, Psalm 71
